  1. Create a robot account A
  2. Use REST API to create robot account B by account A
  3. Update the robot account B with account A
  4. Check the audit log, there are only create/delete logs, no update robot account log.

since we decide to remove the update permission from the robot scope. I believe it is not a high priority task.
