…r-tools. I added a script to `bin` to pip install branches in this repo. Hopefully, this helps us test each other's work.

LGTM! @alxmrs Unrelated to this PR but I've tried a couple times now and haven't been able to get the command line tools working on my Windows machine. I initially thought it was something I was missing because I don't typically develop on Windows (or Python) but after trying a couple times with no luck, it seems like there's something not quite right, I'll create an issue to track. |
