Also unnecessary. This should only be an error if the result is required for a subsequent operation (even that is not always the case... a loft from a face to an empty sketch is an error but a sweep of an empty sketch is just an empty part...)

This gets in the way when working with wires in an incomplete sketch.

Limiting this error to non PRIVATE BuildSketch instances seems reasonable.

I believe this is fixed by #679 can you confirm @MatthiasJ1 ?
