What
The code base contained composite type code because this repo was a fork from the ndc-postgres repo and postgres supports it.
The composite type support doesn't really work and is not documented and it complicates the ongoing relationships feature, so this PR removes the composite type support and ideally we can add it back after the relationship feature is added.
