add functionality align fish

New functionality to align the fish before we measure morphology information.
Split the code in Traits_class.py and create 3 classes:
1- for creating a segmented image object, align the fish and create masks dictionnary
2- for measurements, landmarks
3- for visualization tools

Updated the Morphology_main.py to match changes in the classes (contained in Traits_class)

Fix None value for scale

This release fix the [None] value in scale (key) to "None". This is for convenience when post processing the result in R.

Release new feature in the dev version

This release contained the most advance code where new function have been featured.

1. Work with the new version of BGNN-trait-segmentation 0.0.5 which rescale to original image therefore the scale from the ruler should match the segmentation image.

2. Measurement label should match descriptions in the landmark.csv and measurement.csv

3. Fish angles have been added

Some part need improvement , better descript for the landmark and probably more bugs.
This version release a container that we use to perform further test.

First release at the end of dev

After some development period the first release.
If it works, I will release a 0.1.0
