Validator "miner peer book -s" not showing public IP of AWS instance

The validator is not showing the public IP4 of the ec2 instance on AWS, I have the same exact security group and AMI from another properly working validator, so I'm not sure it's not working on this particular one. It's running the latest version of the docker ARM image. 1.11.6.
