Button to disable all highlights

I believe on Mac there is a keyboard shortcut to do this but on an iPad or iPhone, it’s pretty tedious to have to manually disable all search terms one by one. There needs to be a way to just quickly disable all of the highlights. The lightning bolt button doesn’t disable the highlights even if you refresh the page.
