This enables the main app to have a canonical domain, but earlier stages of the pipeline will use their heroku-given URLs.

@patmaddox Hi! Thank you for the PR. As @jstarry mentioned, with the new Review Apps the However since this PR was opened #136 was merged, which added options to control the canonical host redirect, which allows solving this in a different way :-) |
