Hello there, I was wondering if you could tell me what does combined mean

Like can I flash this to my SM-G975F and it will work?

Or does that mean that I can build things I want throught configuration options somehow?

How do I compile this? Like I would like to have stock SM-G975F kernel, but would like to add a particular device driver from SM-G975N variant

Also how do I flash this with TWRMP once compiled?
