fix: resolved whitespace issue in AdminForm

Description

The Admin Form was accepting white spaces but the fields were required. So I added a form validation to avoid the user from entering whitespaces. The detailed issue can be seen here #1162 .

Steps to Test

1. Navigate to Home page.
2. Go to Profile settings from the profile icon on top right corner.
3. Click on Edit button
4. If blank spaces are given in input for "First Name" and "Last Name" it will not accept it and show validation error.
