FIX: Unable to use SPN due to outdated Ignite version

Not possible to use spn blockchain because of old ignite version

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• publish your blockchain app with ignite v28 to the latest spn version

Is there any way to use own blockchain application with local spn?
Or should i wait for #4268?

Hey, yes this is a known bug that is tracked here: ignite/cli-plugin-network#27.
SPN is being upgraded to the latest version of the SDK and a new plugin will be created.
