FIX: Gitpod integration

Gitpod should allow to test Ignite CLI like in a playground but it does not work.

Context:

Start Ignite CLI within Gitpod.

Steps to Reproduce:

Start Gitpod:

https://gitpod.io/#https:/ignite/cli

Expected Behavior:

Gitpod installs Ignite CLI and let's users try it.

Actual Behavior:

It fails to install.

I think it might be reasonable to remove gitpod, or switch over to github codespaces.

I liked gitpod lots back in the day, but codespaces is now better.
