Starting from local locs dataframe currently results in issue with get_xg3() and get_chem() #55

Previously copy_to(con, locs) just worked.

Currently waiting for tidyverse/dbplyr#438 to be solved; workaround explained over there.

This is a workaround addressing issue #55.
The issue is further investigated in
tidyverse/dbplyr#438.
