pake_remove does not take into account target dir parameter #9

yup. that's how it works historically target-dir is applied only to pakeFinder objects. |

Uhm, that broke usage of pake_replace_tokens ( 'filename', 'dir', .... ) |

When the 1st param is an array with file names, and the 2nd one is the dir to find those files, it will not work.
