Feature description

Google released Cairo splash animation yesterday #2366

And Google removed splash icon from YouTube Music 7.14.52

So if user disable Cairo splash animation in YouTube Music 7.14.52+, app launch screen may disappear completely #2354

Just like Custom branding icon for YouTube patch provides patch option RestoreOldSplashAnimation,

Custom branding icon for YouTube Music patch also needs patch option RestoreOldSplashIcon

Motivation

Provides options for users who are familiar with the app launch screen
