Feedback from InternetArchive-Review-04132018

The skill should support a user request for help. When tested, all asks for help returned the message “There was a problem with the requested skill’s response.” A help message

New feedback from Alexa team:

The skill does not return a prompt which instructs users how to navigate the skill’s core functionality when users ask for “help” within the skill.

Steps To Reproduce:

User: "Alexa open internet archive"
Skill: "Welcome to music at the Internet Archive. You can listen to our collections of 78s or live concerts. Which would you like to listen to?"
User:"help"
Skill: "Sorry, I'm afraid I don't follow you.", and the session remains open.

Additionally, please ensure that the help prompt must end with a question for users and leave the session open to receive a response.

Please see test case 4.12 from our Submission Checklist for guidance on the help intent.
