move struct cache to blockDAO

In PR4221, caches are added in BlockDAO implementation filedaov2. Because the caches added (*block.Block and []*action.Receipt) are not implementation dependent, moving the cache to blockDAO, which already contains headerCache and footerCache.

Delete bodyCache, which was not used.
