Okay, @rht's patch in ipfs/kubo#2010 fixes the periodic GC, which will run every 20 minutes for now, so that it gets a change before the restarter kills the daemon. If watermark isn't hit, this is a no-op, apart from querying the repo size. |

Each host gets a couple GB headroom for docker containers/images, logs, and all the usual system stuff.
