Channel availible on "iptv-org.github.io" but not in index.m3u

Why does the channel "TF1" can be found on "iptv-org.github.io" but not in the channel index?

As we've said for so many times now : the channels that are seen on the iptv-org website are the channels in the "channels.csv" file inside iptv-org/database.

All links are there, including channels that errors or are blocked. It does not reflect the channels that are available in the playlists.
