Set default email for PR merge

Thanks for implementing #95. As a follow up, it would be very helpful to allow a user to set a default alternate email address per organization or repository. EG: I don't want to use my primary personal email address when merging PRs for my company orgs. Instead, I would like it to default to another alternate email address.

@jeremygaither if you add the alternate email in your settings https:/settings/emails it should show up as available to you.

@clarkbw It does show up as available, but I'd prefer if I could set a particular default for a specific repository (or whole org of repositories). I have to change the selected email address every time I merge a PR, and want to use my org-specific email address.

It should remember the email you use per org and default to that in the future.

This does not seem to be the case. It defaults to primary, so a manual change is required on all PR.
