I just realized we have longitudinal (M0 M12) data on duke:mri/karo/20200612_longitudinal that @plbenveniste you can use for your project

Should I create a new git-annex dataset ?

you can, or you could also append the data to the existing sct-testing-large, which already includes karo data (maybe part of these data are already in there)
