Investigate poses without thumbnail not showing up when 'all poses' is checked

This happened when creating poses without thumbnails. After adding 1 thumbnail the other ones also showed up. But after unchecking the 'all poses' option, the poses without a thumbnail still show up.
Reloading the add-on makes everything show up alright, but toggling the 'all poses' option breaks it again.

Also the name in the 'Libraries for …' disappears most of the time or shows weird characters (just very briefly). Is this related to https://www.blender.org/api/blender_python_api_master/bpy.props.html#bpy.props.EnumProperty?

If so, this might have been introduced with: d1b6b8c
The behavior I'm getting at least has a resemblance to what I had before introducing 42c4993.

Needs more testing (I only checked macOS so far, I need to also check on Linux).

I also saw this. Checking "All Poses" still only showed the one with a thumbnail. Opening the pose creation stuff and pressing "Refresh" seems to show all poses.

For what it's worth or helpful, while working on the latest update I was running into this issue (of not all poses showing before any thumbnails being added) as well as oddities with the enum drawing. I did minimal looking into it and didn't come across any improvement or workaround.
