IRequest and no-op

Hi,

is there an inbuilt no-op request for IRequest?

let me explain

public IRequest some_method_that_creates_Mediator_request(bool hasFoo)
{
       if (hasFoo)
       {
             return new FooRequest(12121, "dsfsfs");
       }
       
       return NoOpRequest(); // I don't want to return null and mark the return type as nullable i.e. "IRequest?"
}

is there an inbuilt NoOpRequest()?
