You need Visual Studio installed to build the plugin, looks like you're missing msbuild/Visual Studio.

hmm, i have VS2019 installed otherwise it would probably not pick it up. but the path is

c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional\MSBuild\Current\Bin\

not

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional\MSBuild\15.0\Bin\MSBuild.exe

lets see where to change see this.

Make sure you have node-gyp v5.0.0 installed, as per this issue.
