Publish latest javadoc

Hi. I see in 1.5.4 the TimeSeries.setKey() method was deprecated, and then in v2 it was removed. But the javadoc on your site is still 1.5.3 and no mention of deprecating this method. So to find out what I have to replace with I need to download the source, switch branches, build the javadoc myself. Bit of a sweat.

I will probably remove them from jfree.org and just link to javadoc.io.
