Container "Header Size" breaks corner rounding #4513

If I'm reading this correctly, the issue is, when you change the size of the header to 0, the rounding disappears, correct? |

Describe the bug
Changing the "Header Size" style of a container changes the corner rounding, and removes it completely when "Header Size" is set to 0
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
I would expect for the rounding to not be influenced by the header size.
