This issues has persisted since at least yesterday morning, but any attempts to use the requests module to access a B-R endpoint are returning an HTTP 503 "Service Unavailable" error message. This does not appear to be related to rate limiting, as that had previously returned the Sport Reference bot policy page rather than a 503 error.
This issue presents itself when the Soup result of the request response is attempted to be parsed, usually throwing a "list index out of range" exception message.
