Feature request: Add indoor sports

Hi,
it would be nice, if you can add a feature to support indoor-sports (especially for the actual winter ;-)), e.g. crosstrainer or tredmills. I think it's sufficient when it's possible to start an activity without a valid gps-signal.

RU is currently GPS only, needs rework to handle non-GPS.

I see two parts of the problem:

• GPS provides the "ticking". So no GPS, no recording. Ticks could of course be provided separetly somehow. (I saw no trivial solution when looking at it.)
• GPS is assumed for all display, exporters etc. GPS points can be "faked" as a general workaround where not explicitly handled.

So not impossible, but not in my own plans.
I had hoped for more feedback on the 2.0 alpha, so I can convince Jonas to publish the app in Google Play, and readd it to F-Droid
