Android app to assist with HIIT workouts

What is HIIT?

Stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a method of exercize used by athletes to increase stamina and endurance.

Using the app for HIIT:

  1. Set a timer and set the number of recurrences
  2. Start timer and alternate between high intensity exercize and low intensity "rest" periods
