React Native version is 0.59.9.

happened when i called function getContacts() like this:

Contacts.getContacts( (error, contacts) =>  {
          if (error) {
            console.error(error);
          }
          else {
            console.log(contacts);
            // Alert.alert('A',contacts)
          }
        });
