There have been repeated posts in issues about installing dependencies for
bcrypt. I've created a wiki page where all dependency installation instructions will be listed, that have been recorded in the discussions of the issues opened by the users unable to install them.This PR adds the link of the wiki page to README.md
I'll be adding installation instructions for Windows and RHEL based hosts in the wiki page, once I get my hands on them, and test all solutions contributed by the community.
