Search in house numbers / postal addresses

The new data contains also housenumbers - we should implement search in these data
See: OSMNames/OSMNames#49

There may be a basic implementation first.
More advanced approach would be use of libpostal #9 - which could also properly solve the numbered streetnames in USA #37

Is this feature available in OSM sphinx search ,and if not will it be available soon like the nomanitm .

This ticket is still open - it means it is not yet included in SphinxSearch.
It may be done in near future, but there are no guarantees.
