The diagram originally contained two blocks for defmt-itm, but none for defmt-rtt. I assume one of them was meant to be a defmt-rtt block, so I changed the duplicate blocks contents.
I also added the drawio source of the diagram which was previously stored in a Google Drive mentioned in the original PR for completeness. It can be edited at https://app.diagrams.net/
