Demonstrate value of agentic approach with sample application

To do this, let's start with one application such as coolstore. Run it through Kai, let the codeplan loop iterate to it's conclusion and compare the results with the quarkus branch.

What I would expect to see is a notebook that repeatably gets a user to a codebase that is 90% similar to the quarkus branch for us to be able to demonstrate the value kai is providing. If it's less than that, still acceptable but good to document and show.
