Image-buidler provide debug logs

We need an image-builder components to provide debug log messages.
The severity of logs must be configurable. At least two levels should be supported, info and debug.
This must be implemented once our logging standard will be defined. See #11945

Reason

Troubleshooting image-builder will be easier and faster with detailed and verbose debug logs.

• All image-builder components logging is compliant with logging standard.
• All image-builder components provides a debug log messages.
