Description

Since we are migrating away from Prow, Kyma Bot becomes not relevant anymore. We need to make sure that it's not active after
Prow is shut down.

Reasons

Acceptance Criteria

No labels added to PRs by Kyma Bot.

@skhalash The Kyma Bot is just an identity used by Prow. Which labels should not be added?
