Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:
Feature request

What happened:
Need to add a generic objectstore CRD and operator to spin up the deployment and service for it.

It should take in a storageclass to create volume for the objectstore.

Should have storkctl commands to get the status, service IP/DNS name, keys, etc for the objectstore

Includes writing integration tests.

We should support minio as the objectstore to start off
