Maintenance Update

This update fixes an issue where other non-source text views would also get looped (seemingly randomly) into the lighter smoothing behavior.

1.1: Fix for playgrounds, simplified code

Thanks to @mikeash, the code has been simplified greatly and stripped of its submodule. In addition, ThinStrokes now thins the strokes in Playgrounds as well (and doesn't crash, to boot.)

This was built and tested using Xcode 7.2, but using the latest Xcode project template (which appears to contain newer Xcode build UUIDs as well.) I'll spin another release if it doesn't appear to work.
