the tileset does not match the Geojson uploaded

I upload succesfuly a Geojson as tileset to mapbox studio by using Upload Api in python Mapbox Api Documentation
But When I visualize the generated tilesets i see that it's doesn't match with my Geojson.
NB: I also regularely replace the tilesets by re-uploading the same geojson with few changes every hour.
eg :
this image from QGIS is not included in my geojson

but in the tileset it's still included (it should be white)
