sanitycheck: make --subtest and --test mutually exclusive #1

  1. sanitycheck: make --subtest and --test mutually exclusive

    They're effectively mutually exclusive already because the --subtest
    implementation immediately overrides any --test argument(s). This merely
    preempts user confusion like this:
    
     sanitycheck: error: argument --sub-test: not allowed with
        argument -s/--test
