Fixes element-hq/element-web#8310
Fixes element-hq/element-web#7706

  • You can now enter a server_name and it'll resolve it via well-known
  • You can now enter a URL without https:// and it'll prepend https://
  • Fixed edge case where error didn't get shown to the user
