Notes: Add plain text mode to the wysiwyg composer

Few things here:

  • This plain text mode is a bit rough but there is a short deadline
  • Currently, this plain text mode doesn't use the rust model. This is temporary, at the moment the rust model doesn't support plain text mode. The purpose of adding it now is to have a plain text mode free of the rust model bugs and without formatting options.
  • In a near futur (when mention will be added for example), this plain text mode will used the rust model and should be one with the WysiwygComposer
  • I added a basic support for enter, ctrl+enter and shift+enter shortcuts. When we will use the rust mode, we will use the same than WysiwygComposer
  • I also added the plaintext of a message in the body of the matrix message (stripping html tag)
  • When we switching between mode, the current behaviour is happening
    • From plain text to rich text -> take the plain text and push it in the composer (no conversion)
    • From rich text to plain text -> I'm stripping the html tag
      Soon, we will have MD -> HTML and HTML -> MD conversion between the mode
