Failing with message

D: No MultiFormat Readers were able to detect the code.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://scanapp.org/'
Click on Scan an Image File
Upload below provided QR Image
See error

Expected behavior
Scan successfully as other QR scanner working properly
