One topic that came up during .NET integration w/ sbom-tool is localization requirements of logging.

It is believed that today there is no localization of logging in sbom-tool (please fact check me as I'm just repeating information).

We should add Serilog localization resources and set it up in the ServiceCollectionExtensions.cs

We should ensure all logging calls reference the localized messages.

We should test logs for localized messages.

And finally consider updating documentation regarding localized messages/logging.
