CLARIFICATION NEEDED : ignoreSync and "machine" scope

As of now, ignoreSync has no documentation except of https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_75#_ignore-a-setting-to-sync

The "machine" scope which also has no documentation except of https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/settings-sync#_configuring-synced-data

Which itself doesn't mention the difference with ignoreSync, which makes both option confusing

Documentation should be added in https://code.visualstudio.com/api/references/contribution-points#contributes.configuration
