Testing microsoft/vscode#150738

Was testing with a python notebook.

I pick 'Connect to Github' and it ends up picking .NET as the suggested kernel.

This is likely a jupyter-extension issue though.

The core only checks which kernel is currently the suggested/preferred one, we might need to check why it's not suggesting the right one.
