GitHub Enterprise is not supported but still causes errors #2282

Extension version: 0.21.0
VSCode Version: 1.51.1
OS: macOS 10.15.7

Steps to Reproduce:

Setup this extension
Try working with any GitHub Enterprise repository.

Symptom:

I would expect that the extension would ignore non-"GitHub.com" repositories since it no longer supports GitHub Enterprise (boo).
