Too many file events on pull #80

make sure to have GHINB-installed and open .vscode/notebooks/my-work.github-issues
execute a cell, see results
in another window push a change to any other file
pull
🐛 the notebook reloads/refreshed and drops its results

This happens because the remote-repo extension is sending out change events for the my-work.github-issues-file even tho it didn't change.
