Cannot push branch after delete origin

Issue Type: Bug

Case scenario:

1. Go to Source Control tab
2. Create some branch <branch_name>
3. Do and Commit some changes on this branch
4. Publish branch
5. Delete published branch on origin
6. Rename local branch from <branch_name> to <branch_name_new>
7. Try to publish renamed branch - you got info like "No commits found to push"

I'm not sure it's a bug, but I think I should have possibility to publish local branch after delete it on origin.
Maybe it's a git issue.
