Add support for UTF-8 input in EscposPrintBuffer, with automatic switching and conversion to alternate code pages where necessary,

This is an LTR, text-based version of #6

Complete for LTR languages using EscposPrintBuffer- some improvements still possible around the range of profiles available, but these are per-printer, not per-language.
